Western Veil Nebula
The Western Veil Nebula, captured over several summer nights and processed in Siril and Photoshop.
Under the night sky
I fell down the astrophotography rabbit hole in April 2026, armed with more enthusiasm than experience—and probably more gear than common sense. I'm still very much learning, which means every successful image is usually preceded by at least one evening of wondering why nothing is working.
This is where I'll share the photos I'm proud of, along with the projects, experiments, inevitable mistakes, and lessons learned along the way. If my journey helps someone avoid a few rookie mistakes—or simply reminds another beginner that we're all figuring it out under the same night sky—then it's doing exactly what I hoped.
